metro station great breakfast friendly staff
The metro station was 70 meters away. Breakfast was great EACH day. Staff were VERY friendly .
The pillows felt slightly old. this was a very minor issue.

Underwhelming Stay with a Few Issues
small room inadequate ac
The location proved fairly convenient with metro access nearby.
My room was quite small. Maneuvering around was like a constant obstacle course. The promised air conditioning seemed more like a suggestion, offering little relief from the heat. Noise from the street below made sleeping difficult even with earplugs. I was not amused.

reliable stay
convenient location enough space quiet environment
location proved convenient near the metro station. the room had enough space and daily cleaning was done. breakfast included many options and was worth it. the hotel provided a quiet environment despite its central location.
the elevator was out of service and stayed unfixed. it made accessing upper floors difficult. i wish this was addressed sooner for better accessibility.

staff provided effective service . they were always available at the reception and ready to help. housekeeping maintained the room daily maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

my room included air conditioning that worked properly. it kept the room at a good temperature throughout the day and night. the bathroom was also well maintained, with fresh towels provided each day.
